Can I enter multiple times? Yes! Each membership purchase = one entry. Buy more, and you’ll have more chances to win in our weekly and monthly draws. 🎟

How do the weekly draws work? Every Tuesday at 7pm, all current member names go into the barrel. One is drawn live on Facebook and Instagram, we then spin the wheel of fabulous prizes to see what they have won. Each week the prizes change.

How do I enter the Monthly Major Draw? Easy – either purchase a yearly membership or the Monthly Major membership. On the last Tuesday of each month at 7pm, one lucky winner is drawn live on Facebook and Instagram for a major prize.

What kind of prizes can I win? From luxury designer items (like Louis Vuitton bags) to professional hair tools, retail packs, vouchers, and even big lifestyle prizes (think travel, dining, and more). Each month and week brings something new and exciting!

How will I know if I’ve won? Winners are announced via a live on Facebook and Instagram. If you’re not watching, don’t worry – we’ll contact you up to three times. If after 7 days we can’t reach you, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.

Is my membership transferable? No, memberships are non-transferable. Your Gold VIP Card is issued in your name only.

1. Membership & Payment

• The Rapture Rewards Loyalty Program is a paid loyalty membership valid for the length of time, depending on which buy in option you chose being, a single entry, one week, one month, one year from the date of purchase.
• Membership options:
  • Yearly: $249.99 per calendar year from purchase date
  • Monthly: $50 per month, per calendar month from purchase date
  • Weekly: $5.99 per single entry, for one week from purchase date.
  • Major Monthly Single One Day Draw Entry: $5.99 per single entry, for monthly major prize only.
• Each purchase provides only one entry into the current draw. Multiple memberships provide multiple entries.
• Buying multiple memberships or entries will create multiple chances to win.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. No refunds or partial refunds are available once payment is made.
• Each member will receive a physical Gold Member card, mailed to their nominated address within 14 business days of sign-up.
• This card is for the named member only and is strictly non-transferable.

2. Prize Draws

• Members are automatically entered into a single, weekly and/or monthly prize draws for the duration of their membership.
• Prizes may include (but are not limited to): hair treatments, product bundles, Cloud Nine styling tools, salon credit, designer items (e.g. Louis Vuitton, Gucci), and local gift vouchers.
• Winners will be selected at random and contacted via phone, email or social media.

• Discounts will only be redeemable when presenting your valid Rapture Rewards VIP Gold Member card.

4. VIP Perks & Bonuses

• Members may receive surprise gifts, offers, or VIP upgrades throughout the year at the discretion of Rapture Hair and Beauty.
• These perks are subject to availability and may vary.
• Members receive 10% off all retail products at Rapture Hair and Beauty for the duration of their membership.

5. General

• Each membership is for one individual only and is strictly non-transferable.
• Lost Gold Member cards can be replaced for a $25 reissue fee.
• Rapture Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program, prize offerings, or associated benefits at any time, with reasonable notice.
• Employees of Rapture Hair and Beauty are not eligible to enter.
• Open to Tasmanian Residents only.
